Are extremely OP ninja. There are several manga facts that show just how powerful they are.

1) Sasuke is extremely respectful and polite to Granny Cat.

Sasuke is rude to everyone, including kakashi and Obito. Sasuke would only show respect to someone who he recognized as insanely powerful. Granny Cat is obviously very powerful. Tamaki is the student of Granny Ca and would have similar powers.

Granny Cat and Tamaki can clearly summon Denku and Hina into Battle. Now as we can see, Sasuke has to warn Suigetsu that the cats could bite him. However Suigetsu is immune to all physical attacks.

This means that Denka and Hina (which Granny Cat and Tamaki can summon) have the power to break through powerful defenses and kekkei Genkai. Furthermore Sasuke brought them a present. When did Sasuke ever give a present to anyone? Never. Sasuke must be in awe of them.

On a serious note I am considering that. Sasuke has only really been shown to be polite to his parents and Itachi. He only respects fellow clan members. Furthermore, they wouldn't have been destroyed since they don't live in Konoha and Danzo doesn't know about them
