Deidara won't be able to win. Anything he throws at her will damage her at first, but then regenerate. Not to mention her Raiton, which has been shown to negate the effects of the Clay, rendering attacks like C4 useless.

As for how she will hit him, Katsuyu will take care of it. She's far too big for Deidara to immediately escape from her range, and the second she's summoned, she can cover him with acid, melting him instantly.

Tsunade - Med/Hard diff, depending on when she decides to bring out Katsuyu, and on how quickly she'll figure out that Raiton counters every bomb he has in his arsenal.​

Show me the scan of her saying she turns her chakra into electric and ill flip because its not a Raiton jutsu its a medical ninjutus. The "electric" has to be strong enough to defuse the bombs. Are you that mad that tsunade beats both your favs? She can easily dodge the attacks, leap up and punch Deidara's bird, regen from EVERY attack.

She's frankly far too OP for anything other then the top three Akatsuki (Kisame, Obito, Nagato) to beat.
