[Question] Bios

I'm sorry if this question has been asked countless number of times, but I wanted to know on what basis are the bios declined? I've read some declined bios and they followed the template correctly and what not.

Even if you followed the template correctly, if your bio is too overpowered for your rank or if the bio's history conflicts or interferes with cannon story arcs then it would be declined.

Even if they do follow the template, it may have not got all or correct information.

It may lack images. Depiction. Videos. Anything.

And some have restrictions. For example, for Nagato you need permission to do it from 2 moderators andyou need to take a test. You need to be Sannin-rank and 4 months in base.

Some need f.e Sharingan. They need special jutsus. Some need mastery over element.

There's many restrictions.

All in all, there are a plethora of reasons as to why a bio, aside from the above bits, can be declined:

All bios must not infringe on Naruto continuity, however, they must also be plausible within the Naruto-verse.
Essentially, refrain from the following: weird anatomy (tails, hooves, etc); weird origins (different dimensions).
No normal bio can have abilities/attributes like super-strength, super-speed, extremely prolonged lives. CC can vary.

Also, Lili-chwan has reminded me of a very important thing. Many bios were approved, but dropped by the people whom made them. When bios are dropped, by default, they go to the declined section, unless the user wants to reuse one.
