He already probably is fastest character(FTG isnt speed just teleportation but still)with sharingan he could predict others movements and copy any jutsu. So im asking how much % sharingan would steal from Minato for example to Itachi sharingan is about 95-99% his arsenal so how much for Minato it be? If its more than 50% means sharingan > Minato
He doesn't need them, his regular eyes are already compared to Sharingans. His analysis skills are so skilled that he can tell a jutsu's strenghts and weaknesses just by seeing it once as he did chodori and Kamui. He even studied how a tbb is formed and the only known Bijuu he fought was Bee, A said they fought on more than one occasion and Bee was his tag team partner plus Kushina's seal was only weak at pregnancy where he already knew the Rasengan. Minato has the reaction speed better than anyone and can dodge A's fastest attack at point black range and FTG in time when Obito tried to surprise Kamui him.
