How to break sound genjutsu

I have two options here and im sure it would work. (Its DSM Kabutos genjutsu we talking about but first option probably would work aswell with frog sound genjutsu)

1. Cancel it with pain(First manga states you can cancel genjutsu with pain and one time we saw how shikamaru did it and that wasnt even regular genjutsu that was SOUND genjutsu. Second when Sasuke with Itachi was under sound genjutsu they could speek problem. So to cancel genjutsu you simply can bite your lip or tongue. We saw in the series this move is possible and was used for summing jutsu or simply Kurenai canceled Itachis genjutsu like that. Its possible if you dont like it then just deal with it.

2.This works only against Kabuto or Tayuya. Destroy the instrument. Tayuyas sound genjutsu works ONLY with instrument so its pretty simple you just have to destroy it. Temari destroyed it and problem was solved. If you dont like it just deal with it.

You can move in kabuto and tayuya's genjutsu but frog song paralyze you totally. Only perfect jin can break frog song.

Let me explain Genjutsu:

All Genjutsu are the same, the only real difference is application. Sound, Touch, Sharingan etc... all they do is implant your Chakra into the enemies body from that point you use your chakra to manipulation chakra flow to their brain placing them inside a dreamworld that you control, this is genjutsu. The more skilled you are in genjutsu the stronger your genjutsu will be.

The only way to break a genjutsu is to disrupt your own chakra flow, which counteracts their control over your chakra flow and releases you from the genjutsu. You can train yourself to do this much like how jiraiya tried to teach Naruto. Now you are right, you can also break genjutsu with pain, because pain will disrupt your chakra flow. But the catch her is that the stronger the genjutsu the more pain you need to escape it. Much like when Orochimaru was caught in Itachi's genjutsu and he had to dismember his own arm in order to escape it.
