BTW you do know minato only spreads kunai against opponents far faster than him or far greater in number than him, right? In a 1v1 all he needs is 1 kunai.

No he does not. The Fuuton Oro uses isn't spammable, and Minato only spreads out his kunai when he is fighting multiple opponents. Manda is teleported to another city that it never comes back from, or contract seal is placed onto Orochimaru. Once contract seal is placed onto Orochimaru, Manda will likely betray Orochimaru considering he ages being summoned by him. Going Hydra will also mean going to the word of the respective seal Minato places (Shishō Fūin). Once Orochimaru uses his true form, he loses Zetsu body and enters a true form in which he won't be capable of using the hydra. All Minato would have to do from this point is seal the True form, or use food cart destroyer atop of it, smashing it into bits. You clearly have no knowledge if your think True form constantly releases poison. It doe snot, it only releases poison when it's cut, and it's blood is exposed to the air. Although I have already presented how he deals with it, so you point remains invalid. Minato does have more chakra, than Orochimaru. Furthermore, even if they had an equal chakra, Minato's abilities aren't chakra taxing, apart from summoning food cart destroyer. On the other hand, Orochimaru's Oral rebirth is heavily chakra taxing, and will not be used for a prolonged period of time, leading to the downfall of Orochimaru. Minato can deal with every situation Orochimaru presents. Now you tell me how Orochimaru prevents himself from getting tagged contract sealed, marked, and blitzed with odama sized Rasengans.

1. Oro's Fuuton isn't spammable? Proof?
2. Do you even know what Contract Seal does? I guess not. Read the description.
3. Orochimaru doesn't need his human shell to enter 8branches. Where did you even get that?
4. Minato has more chakra than Orochimaru? Lol wut? Any proof?
5. Orochimaru, even though a little bit slower than Minato due to lack of FTG, has shown amazing reaction feats, body temperature sensing and now thanks to Zetsu body - another sensory abilities. Kunai aren't even getting close to Orochimaru and even if Minato manages to somehow mark Orochimaru himself without getting severed by retaliation, Orochimaru is one of the small group of characters, that can get rid of the mark.

I'm not seeing how hydra changes anything? It still doesn't help him hit minato. He needs to have his real body cut for that poison to happen. You do realize manda is contract sealed, right? Oro's summons are completely useless unlike bunta.
Seeing as hydra is a fearless snake that was dismembered by totsuka, I'd even say bunt a can slice it up.
