Is it the Namikaze clan related to Senju or Uchiha clan ?

Usually clans in narutoverse are inbred clans to keep bloodlines, a family does not inbred to keep bloodline. Therefore Namikaze is just a family name and not a clan title.

He's " the ancestor of all shinobi" , wouldn't that make him related to every shinobi clan?

The only other way is if more than just Kaguya ate the forbidden fruit and gained chakra separately.

Also Namikaze is a family not a clan. Hence why I'm saying the Senju, since that is the only clan that didn't stay as a clan.

Tsunade is the only "Famous" or "known" senju. The family names like Haruno /Namikaze/Hatake and etc probably have some senju blood in them.

There's really no information on the Namikaze Clan, if there even is one. It could simply be a family name or a clan that we know nothing about.

Also, not all "clans" in Naruto have to be inbred since not all of them have KKGs. Most just have "secret" justu (like Nara, Akimichi clans etc) that can be taught to anyone in theory, so they don't need to preserve blood purity.
