I really cannot handle an another drag out fight like Naruto vs Obito.It will be more spicy to see two legendary uchiha fight each other to death.If Hashirama turn evil by the chakra rod,Sasuke will defeat him to prove to Madara that he accomplish something that Madara cannot alive (EMS Madara version).The will stimulate this event of the lifetime,madara will probably envy Sasuke powers.
Sasuke have all the counter for Hashirama powers.Amaterasu or lighting release is much stronger than wood release ,earth and water.Sasuke can cover his susano with amaterasu which will allow him to be protected by wood release if Hashirama try to wood release
I just waiting for the next chapter to see how Madara will react when he see a TRUE Uchiha infront of him.Kishimoto foreshadow this event to happen on numerous occasion

In order for Sasuke to accomplish what Madara couldn't ( kill Hashirama ) Hashirama would first need to be revived.

Which isn't going to happen.

However, Madara vs Sasuke does sound good, but only in the scenario in which Madara took control of Hashirama and forced him to fight Naruto.
