His speed >>> hers. See above.

His perception, skill in taijutsu and ability of predicting movement >> hers. He called Lee with no booze "too predictable and linear"; Sakura is below Lee in that regard. Also he was said to be "not wasting a single movement".

Since he could tank meters of pressure over hime, his bones are durable and he can mask himself with bones to add a new layer to his defenses; punching the ground would do little to no damage to him. Sakura is not touching him anyway.

Sometimes you are overrating her ( she beats Gaara ) and sometimes you are underrating her ( Kimimaro beats her ). I don't understand this.

Maybe because I'm doing neither and simply going off of character feats........?

What does gaara have against her? he can't defend against her and he can't restrain her. Because he can't restrain her, he can't kill her. Therefore, she defeats gaara, it's pretty much that simple.

The problem is, people assume kimimaro, Orochimaru's most prized vessel is some genin fodder. He isn't. Kimimaro is Jounin level at lowest. What does tsunade have over kimimaro? Strength. That's it.

Speed? Nah, kimi takes that.
Defence? LoLno. Bone armor tankes anything that isn't her most powerful byakugo punches. while tsunade can only heal from his attacks.
Offence? Rofl no. Everytime she even attacks this guy she'll have to impale herself first, and he's infact a better taijutsu specialist.
HEaling? Not even. Kimimaro has shown healing on levels not even tsunade's byakugo has shown. The guy healed his spine so fast that he didn't stand crippled for seconds.
Reflexes? No. Kimimaro has shown the best evasion in the manga. To say tsunade can even hit this guy is a bit of a stretch. But for argument sake we'll say she doesn't get ragdolled.

The fight would play out as tsunade punching kimimaro. She proceeds to take damage she has to now heal off with byakugo( and that's every single time she hits him. Not factoring in the times he also hits her). Whereas, kimimaro either tanks the entire attack with his bones by either using bone armor, or bone armor in conjunction with one of his dances to reduce the impact(like he did to lee's kick with his ribs). If her punch is too strong, kimimaro simply takes some damage and, guess what? He heals it off. Now we're at it again.

Tsunade get hit by kimimaro and suffers damage she needs to heal.
Tsunade hits kimimaro and suffers damage she needs to heal while he may need to heal off.

Oh, and, this is all with the sick kimimaro from part 1 who self stated his body only ran on willpower. GG tsunade? GG tsunade.

Kimimaro, mid diff to me. I don't see Sakura getting a clean hit on Kimimaro, he has good reaction time keep up with Lee and his striking speed far surpasses Sakura as he kept Lee (even in drunk form) on his toes. This is mainly going to turn into a taijutsu fight with their two fighting styles and Kimi's taijutsu > Sakura's IMO.
