You know there is something wrong when there are atleast 15 more developed, consistent and component side (an all male-wow) characters than the female lead.

It's not only Kishi , in fact , there are many manga that females character are not good . After all this is a SHONEN manga , go and read a shojo manga and you will see females get more developement that males .
