There are many people who think that comparatively goofy 'Tobi' suddenly became the serious Obito, because Kishi had something in his mind.:|
Actually Tobi being Obito is the one that defines Obito's character perfectly, because theme of Obito Uchiha is 'identity'. As a 'tobi' he was always in search of Identity and found that in the form of 'Tobi' and later in the form of 'Madara', and that is the reason Tobi used to say things like 'tobi is a good boy', because he wanted people to appreciate him and know him, he wanted to have an 'identity'.
On topic, I think Sasuke's third ability is probably enton manipulation.:yeah:

I've always thought that once an Uchiha gets his/her MS, they would have access to three doujutsu's like Itachi and Obito. But when i look at Shisui Uchiha, Madara and sasuke, they've either presented one or two throughout the Manga. Now tell me, is it because they haven't showed it yet, or they don't have a third doujutsu?

Sasuke has 4 : Amaterasu , Susanoo , Enton , Tsuku ( albeit weak as f*ck) U_U

You mean three techniques ( amathrasu , tsukoyomi and susano'o ) right not three dojutsu ( rinnegan , sharingan and byakugan ) . Itachi , sasuke and madara has all three techniques as they can use susano'o . shisui and obito awakened same technique in both eyes .

Sasuke, Madara and Itachi all have Tsukuyomi + Amatersu and Susanoo because the unlockment of Susanoo requires Tsukuyomi and Amatersu.

Shisui and Obito have different MS ability though.
