I think Yagura takes this. He is a perfect Jin, meaning he is capable of a TBB and has similar speed to Bee and Naruto. I don't see Kakuzu keeping up with him nor defending TBB

I mean he didn't become Mizukage with just his mirror technique.....he had to be a perfect jin plus it was even stated.

It was said during the kage summit, so I believe he was. I'm just not sure where everyone else's skepticism is coming from. I'm still voting Yagura regardless.

Danzo said it, not having any information on Yagura. Yagura got caught in a genjutsu, which means not a perfect jin. Narutopedia is not reliable, about 5% of the time.

Also, the genjutsu that Tobi used may have been also controlling the tailed beast. Tobi has shown to control the Nine Tails so it wouldn't surprise me if he controlled Yagura and his beast

-Gian has a high chance of piercing through Sanbi's skin
-Atsugai combined with Zukkoku isn't being stopped by the suiton mirror considering it only stops direct attacks, whereas Atsugai related attacks are in a formation of a tornado.
-Earth grudge fear may be capable of heavily reducing the momentum in which Sanbi uses to roll
-Gian to they eyes would easily kill Sanbi, and as we have seen, Kukuzu can use several Gian trajectories at once
