When Obito was starting to Rinne Tensei

In the latest chapter, when Obito was starting to Rinne Tensei (I presume on Madara), why does Kuro Zetsu restrain him? If Obito was going to revive Madara, I don't see why Madara's "will" would be restraining Obito because, to me, it would only stop Madara from becoming mortal again.

He wasn't going to revive Madara. He was using it for the shinobis killed in the war in exchange of his life. And that is why Black Zetsu stopped him and forced him to use RT on Madara.

He never meant to revive Madara. Madara never would have stopped him if he would have revived him. I think he was going to revive the Shinobi's that dies in the war, along with the Hokages. This would kill Obito however, and Madara then could not revive himself, cos no one could use Rinne Tensei except Obito, which would happen to be dead, and Madara would have been sealed.

Even if he had revive the dead shinobi like Nagato did, I still think Nagato was better at realizing the error of his ways because Nagato's villainous actions weren't from being friend zoned.
