Does EMS improve the Sharingan's precognition ability ?

Sasuke's eyes were instantly on Obito's location ( in the 2 panels ) , while Naruto looked on the wrong direction first and then in the right direction in the second panel.

Well not every Uchiha have the same mastery over the Sharingan ( 3T)
Madara and Obito were the only one capable of controlling the Kyuubi with 3T for example.

The 3T Sharingan is really not too rare, I believe every full grown Uchiha displayed so far in the series was shown with a 3T Sharingan. What one considers to be enough to master the Dojutsu is debatable. However, I feel that you're most likely underrating the amount of Uchiha who mastered the eyes, it honestly is not that rare.

As for the Kyubi, that would most likely be due to the reason that no other Uchiha has been seen trying so far. ._.​

If Sasuke's eyes were on the right spot the first time, he would have hit Obito.

Example : Kid Sasuke VOTE and Itachi.
Heck even Kakashi and Hebi Sasuke weren't able to keep up with Itachi's hand sign movements. ._.

If Sasuke's eyes were on the right spot the first time, he would have hit Obito.

Because Obito was in Naruto direction ( look at the manga page ) , if he launched an attack he would have hit Naruto too.

Itachi, from what we seen, has probably the fastest hand seal speed in the manga. And even then, my point is not that everyone's 3T is equally powerful, my point is merely that Madara was the only one to see through the Mokuton Bunshin. From his statement, we can assume that even Izuna, who had the same powers as Madara until Madara reached the EMS stage did not have the ability to see through them, so I don't really see how the sentence can be interpreted in any other way.​

so because kishi didnt show sasukes thoughts he wasnt struggling? and if your going to say he wasnt thinking anything its impossible to even blink without thinking a thought even worse when your under pressure

Sasuke is just becoming more skilled. The ability is only as strong as the user, it's like a tool.
