Does EMS improve the Sharingan's precognition ability ?

MS Sasuke could only keep up with V1 Ay , once Ay used V2 he couldn't keep up anymore :

But with the EMS , he could keep up with Juubito while BSM Naruto was having trouble.

I think Sasuke is just getting better. As far as I know, EMS just removes the degradation effect and possibly gives a new Jutsu.

Yes he failed at his attempt to slash him , but he immediately was able to keep up with Obito's speed.

Also, so nice how it's symbolic. Sasuke uses eyes (Elder Son parallel) while Naruto uses his "body" (Younger Son).

Well not every Uchiha have the same mastery over the Sharingan ( 3T)
Madara and Obito were the only one capable of controlling the Kyuubi with 3T for example.

Yes they both were able to keep up with him , but Sasuke was faster to do it , Naruto was having trouble. U_U
