Who uses the "f" word as an insult nowadays? Seems like its just a low word that has moved on from existence in today's world. Anyways, not sure what my comeback would be. I probably wouldn't say much and just walk away. Same for the autistic insult. Most people my age and above are just too old to care. It's, insults or fighting, is stupid.

That's one perspective too look at it, though another way too look at it is:

what if words made an impact as much as physical harm... (Much like cases such as Amanda Todd for example ...)

Besides all that, if words truly meant nothing, then why is there laws about the usage of them, such as slander, and the court system, and don't say for a moment you don't like complements... (or other good-feeling things)

Without communication we wouldn't be much of a society now would we...
