Power: Obito has killed Kakashi for good, implanted his own eye again and activated EMS through means unknown. The Senju DNA Madara added to his body allowed him to activated Rinnegan.

Knowledge: Itachi knows Obito isn't the real Madara. Obito can use Rinnegan as well as Nagato, and took all of Kakashi's jutsu when he ruthlessly murdered Kakashi. Itachi has broken out of Edo Tensei, but is never found by Sasuke. He has decided to not trust Naruto to deal with the Madara(s).

Never said it wouldn't, though it'd only work if Obito opts to use Izanagi. Itachi said when you stop trying to run away from your results and you instead acknowledge them,

. Pretty sure Obito isn't running from any of his results or trying to become someone else.

Even if I'm wrong about Izanami not working on Obito normally, he still needs to set it up by performing a bodily sensation, then he needs to replicate that same sensation later on after time has flowed to create the loop and put Obito in it. Not happening against an Obito who can use every single Rinnegan technique in conjunction with Kamui.

-Amaterasu? He phases through it or simply blows it away via Shinra Tensei.

-Tsukuyomi? He's an Uchiha with the Mangekyo, its not happening.

-Susanoo? The biggest problem when Obito only had MS since I doubt he can phase right through and warp the person away from inside, but not he has the DC to destroy it via a more focused Chou Shinra Tensei directed right at Itachi, or via Chibaku Tensei.

Chibaku Tensei either locks him away or Chou Shinra Tensei destroys his Susanoo and Human Path puts him away.

Not even gonna mention the long range Kamui, which now can be used while he's intangible due to his own eye. With Obito's chakra reserves and Uchiha blood, he'd be able to warp Itachi's whole Susanoo away without question.

Obito wins, easily.
