Madara has Amaterasu, right?

So uh, It's a given that Madara has Amaterasu right?
I mean, there's no way he can't really..
But at this point any use of his Amaterasu is really nulled by Sasuke's Enton, unless Madara himself has Enton.

But assuming he does have Amaterasu, and not Enton, can Sasuke control his black flames?

Its been implied that he does, but never proven. Itachi (or someone else) once said that you had to have Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to unlock the Susanoo (or at least 2 visual powers). Madara has the Susanoo, yet we haven't seen any MS tech from him yet, so its hard to say for sure if he has Amaterasu, or a new MS tech we haven't seen before yet.

We havn't seen him use amaterasu, but that doesn't necessarily mean he doesn't have it, but I think it's safe to assume that he doesn't since the most powerful fire jutsu in existance would likely be extremely useful against someone who uses wood, as it has been shown that amaterasu can spread across a forest.

He likely doesn't have it in my opinion, but with the rinnegan he has several ways to stop it.

I don't think so. I think that requirement that you need amaterasu and tsukuyomi for mangekyo sharingan is bogus. Beside amaterasu which is shown by only Itachi and Sasuke. Madara and obito has neither shown it nor tsukuyomi including sasuke (tsukuyomi)

You need Amaterasu & tsukuyomi to use Susano'o.
