lol and yet in that very fight shes talking about, itachi mentions "no im not perfect or a god". he only overcame kabuto because kabuto was stubborn and conflicted. same with how naruto beat obito. the villains became conflicted and confused and werent able to shrug off those conflicting feelings.
if kabuto ever stops lying to himself and accepts hes not invincible and cant break out of izanami, then he would return.

No because Rinnegan upgrades via Samsara. By being reborn, Madara's Rinnegan powers increases dramatically. Do you seriously think Kishi will just ruin a perfectly good villain by not giving him a powerup?

Again, it only makes sense if the Rinnegan upgrades via rebirth. MS to EMS requires the death of a brother, well, Base Rinnegan to Perfect Rinnegan requires the ultimate scarifice, actual death itself.
