So, Tobi's voice actor after his reveal is Wataru Takagi and I've heard him talking in a serious tone and heard one song of his too. I think Tobi after reveal will sound a bit like Minato's voice actor, there's some resemblance!

I personally wanted kid Obito's voice actor for him. It would suit him perfectly.
