For example he summons Dan Kato via Edo Tensei and while keeping Jiraya at bay with 6 Giant Snakes, other Edo and 8branches, gives him enough time to spiritually possess Jiraya's body and kill him.
That's just one of options :3

Are you unable to read simple english? Itachi held orochimaru, a genjutsu expert, with basic fodder genjutsu long enough to dismember him. Jiraiya is shit at genjutsu and his toads need to realize he's under it. You think orochimaru is going to paralyse him and stand there going "stop! don't break it! stop stop!" Jiraiya's getting impaled before he even counters it unless you give me a legitimate reason why he breaks genjutsu before kusanagi lunges through his heart. Especially a kusanagi that can be telepathically manipulated to be next to him at almost all times.
