You forgot Kazuzu is there too. Orochimaru has access to all of Zetsu's techniques, and drowning is ineffective due to him not having lungs.

Absorb the chakra from a being that takes six tails worth of chakra! Hell be drained well over first

Spores might be an issue but with samehada there and his insane stamina he should be able to reabsorb it and hold out or either perform one on his larger aoe's for thrusting the spores off or at the very least forming a "canvas" for him to create water clones to free him.


Then again with his rite strength and how Samehada can move on its own. The spores aren't an issue
