If this was MS Itachi then I would say without a doubt itachi takes it low-med diff but I can't see Itachi defeating sasori without the use of sussano which would be highly needed to protect against incoming iron sand attacks and the poison that comes along with it, sure with 3T he can still locate sasori's core but other than that I don't see how Itachi takes down sasori since he doesn't have alot of firepower and his genjutsu which makes him so deadly is of no use here as well.

Ill give it to sasori med-high diff because he is definitely pulling out the 3rdkazekage puppet to defeat itachi and it itachi's defeat won't happen easily.

@Bold no he can't. A Human Puppet has its own chakra storage. The heart/live part just activates it. Sasori's body is strictly Kinjutsu and breaks the laws of nature. Example would be Kakashi not able to see Kakuzu 5 hearts due to his body structure.
