Hmmm... Tough one.

I guess I'd go with an element (I suck with names... <.<) that is acidic (and because this is naruto, the acidicness is blow WAY out of proportion and can eat through solid materials) in its liquid phase, and when it enters its gaseous phase it becomes toxic to inhale, and can eat away at flesh to enter the blood-stream directly. Yeah, that'd be my element.

It is to my understanding that, that idea have already been tried by le Keotsu, young LoBster. He did however name it but something else. But it was difinately based on said theory of Wuji, the opposite of Yin-Yang. Wether or not you did use them different is not to my knowledge however.

I would like to see Canon characters be able to use some cannon summons even if they weren't shown using it in the manga. This within reason of course. Sasuke obviously can't use toads since he has snakes. Their are however a lot (I would say majority) of cannon characters that are never shown or will be shown using a cannon summon. It's not unreasonable to think that they didn't sign a cannon contract at some point in time however.

As far as cannon techniques go I would further restrict them to specific characters like you did for the water shark jutsu. In fact I would even say add a restriction that everyone can have 2-3 elements max. It's like everyone in the RP has a rinnegan the way we wield all 5 elements effortlessly. The only other thing I would like to see is the chakra transfer technique broken down into individual jutsu. That jutsu has stuff that applies to people with Bijuu and normal people. Separate all the Bijuu stuff and make the part about genjutsu release a normal ninjutsu. Everyone should be able to transfer their chakra into another person to release a genjutsu. That's not a complicated procedure.

Also agree with everyone on Yin Yang. I'm hoping to get it one day.

Chakra Transfer to release a Genjutsu is called Chakra Release, and it already exists. You're supposed to use Kai on someone else in order to release them from Genjutsu, not the Chakra Transfer technique.

As stated multiple times before, if you don't want 5 elements, limit the fight to 3 elements. Why restrict people even more? As for the NW, create your own event, where every fight is limited to 2 elements. It's not that hard. It is also not good to restrict all the cannon techniques to specific bios. There's already a huge stigma for people using customs, you'd just exponentiate that.

I would have liked to submit an Ammonia release CE, but unfortunately, humans can't live in an Ammonia environment, so that would definitely never happen.

Ok, not liking the level of posts this thread is having. Keep it clean, abide the rules. If it continues, yes, I'll close the thread and issue one infraction per rule breaking action or post made. This includes spam and abnoxious or graphic postings. Don't make me waste 1 hour of clicking or make you end up away from nb for a few weeks. This will be my final warning.

Regarding the suggestions. Hum, perhaps its best if I devide it like this: things that won't happen and things that might happen.

Things that won't happen:

-MS will stay as it is. I do not accept any argument of opness when before the update no one complained, there were more MS users than now and using MS came at no cost, danger, limitation or otherwise strategic weight as it does now. The sensei requirement will be maintained, I explained why more than once and will not explain it again.

-Cannon bios will not have cannon skills such as summoning contracts, KGs, etc that they didn't possess in the manga. This includes CM, Sage Mode, EIG, etc.

-Post count requirements will not be fiddled. Ranks are how we access and evolve in the rp and they are based on post count. Its a status of activity in the forums and makes you have to actually post and be active to access certain things.

-No one will get their CE, summons, CEJ, CJ, etc stripped from them for being inactive. Thats a period on that and no point even discussing it.


Things that might happen:

-CC bios and Sage Mode. Now, the whole issue in this and EIG is that you have CCs that revolve around the usage of Natural Energy already. And that collides with Sage Mode. Thus the "dual judgement". What can be done is to allow it if the cc doesn't have senjutsu abiliites but that I'll need to speak to caliburn. If a clan had an ability that was based on EIG but wasn't exactly EIG (whichh in logical terms can't happen) then EIG wouldn't be allowed for CC bios as well. Senjutsu is a popular theme for CCs. The idea was to prevent collisions or worse, that you'd use sage mode customs for your cc bio abilities. To prevent the whole confusion thing, it was made that CC bios can't have sage mode.

-Reviewing the bio combinations. This is a tough one. I can as a RP see the appeal in not being limited in your combinations but as a regulator of the system, I can also see why its restricted. I will talk to Caliburn and see if some changes can be done but I'm not making this a priority. For me, choosing a powerful bio must come with some drawback, even if that drawback is what other bio you can have.

-increasing CEJ limits/updating CE - first one won't happen as it was already discuss amongst us and all angles reviewed. Updating CE...its a big issue there. 1 - some CE approved before wouldn't be approved today and updating them would mean losing them. 2- its already hard to check CE and it takes a huge amount of time to go over that thread. Allowing that would mean allowing every single minor update to be allowed which consumes too much time and makes it all slow. "Oh i want to add this and i missed that comma there and my ce needs to be strong against the guy i fought the other day because well...i need it". Its something that must be considred. Perhaps a middle ground and allow 1 update after like 6 months of the ce being approved or something of the kind. Will see what can be done.

-chakra transfer technique - will be updated because some members complained it was confusing.

-tournaments. with the new NW up and coming, intervillage and village tournaments will restart. That should allow for that part to be filled. General RP tournaments. Might do one in the begining of the year if the NW update becomes delayed and cali allows it. We'll see.

-Crystal. I have to update that list and introduce new techniques while also revamping the existing ones. However, it was not taken from the RP (someone said to bring it back...it was never taken away). Custom Crystal bios... There is no real proof that anyone else other than guren could use it. You'll use the argument of swift or steel but in those cases we had the KG but no user so it was obvious that it needed to be abllowed in custom bios as no cannon primary user was defined. But I'll see what can be done.

-Jashin... hum... Not feeling this but its not in my hands. I disagree that it should be allowed for other bios than Hidan. As far as we know he is the only one with the immortality traits and such. But I'll put it on the list.

-Medical School. Talking to Vincent about some changes although many were already done. One of which is that its not 8 semestres anymore. And some things were removed. But we'll see what can be done.

-NW stuff, Madara is doing a big update. I don't see much issue in fiddling with that as its still ongoing and he read all of your posts i assume.

-Bio testing, bio checking speed. Ok, like Mathias said, the more people change their bios and make bio tests, the mor the system is clogged. Ok, this is't me blaming the members. No. Its aknowleing that a dynamic was changed in that matter. Before, when people were bored, they went into the battle arena to fight eachother. Now, when they are bored, they seem to simply make a test requiring bio. I'm actually on favour of not giving away permissions for a long while. To balance this excess the system has ben experiencing. Its too easy to make a test requiring bio and too many bios currently need to have tests as requirments. I'll talk to caliburn and review some requirements like sora or others. Perhaps we can tweak the system a bit. Not promising anything. As for the delay, the reason is simple. Caliburn is very very busy in rl and for the first time in all these years he's done bios, he hasn't been able to dedicate so much time to the bio checking as before. And yes, CC bios, Sensei bios, etc are all checked by him because they are the top tier bios,m the most prone to be unreasonable, break rules, etc. The same that I as the custom head checker and to go guy check the hardest cjs, the CEJs which are harder to check, etc. But hopefully it will change soon.
The rest seemed a bit all over the place between senseless complaints as usual and unreasonble requests. So sorry if I missed something.

So im gunna be selfish and ask, any chance of having the "Requires inhaling maw" restriction on all Dark release customs above A rank being removed? I know the entire concept of dark is to absorb the chakra and turn it into a jutsu, but compared to Steel and storm its kind of harsh. With those two elements they can be used at any given time at any given rank, but dark is restricted and in most fights i have as soon as i absorb a jutsu the whole meta comes out and it becomes "oh im just going to only use earth and water" which makes any of the customs pointless of being there. Also it used to be allowed that it didn't require Inhaling Maw for techs as shown by some own CJ. So yeah, its a selfish request, but i love the KG alot and the fact that i cant use it as much in battles because of the requirements kinda sucks, but this is me being purely selfish

Kinda makes no sense. Dark is all about absorbing jutsu, why take away that requirement? Its not like its hard to absorb A ranked or above jutsu's
