What are you taking about? He doesn't have the mokuton dragon anymore because he is no longer an edo. His edo body was fused with Hashi's cells/etc.. by Kabuto in order for him to gain access to those abilities. Have you forgotten Mokuton is a kekkei genkai?

I'm not sure if you're trolling or if you're serious but isn't this obvious? I mean we've pretty much spent at least 2-4 volumes watching Obito and Madara fight over the Jyuubi so they could launch the Tsuki no Mei and we've pretty much spent most if not all of Naruto Shippuuden having Obito trying to get everything right for the Tsuki no Mei... It's kind of sad if you just understood this now... No offense of course... (unless you were following the anime, English isn't your first lanuage or are behind in the manga in which case I take back what I said)
