All though I'm not certain, there could be a way for a Uchiha to have infinite, or a lot, of Izanamis/Izanagis. They could use the Fission technique that Mu showed us. However I don't know if Fission could only be used by a Kekkei Tōta.

How is fission even related to the number of Izanagis/Izanamis?

No. The use of either takes the light permanently from one eye. Doesn't matter what kind of fission or clone you make, the requirement remains the same.

I read that "This also means that even if one is incapacitated, the other remains completely unaffected and as neither can truly be regarded as the original, the duplicates cannot be dispelled like normal clones." And the downside of Izanagi/Izamani is losing sight in one eye. So one clone would be blind in one eye and the other wouldn't as long as you don't go about the means of dispelling the clone.

There wouldn't be much point though. Fission also drops the users power level by half. So if they aren't strong enough to beat the opponent without izanagi then splitting then using it will make it twice as easy for the opponent to kill the two halves.

And just like Muu splitting may cut off access to certain techniques, so there's the potential these techniques aren't compatible.

From what I know, the feelings and pain the clones experience are transmitted to the original body, which means even if Itachi made his clones use Izanagi/Izanami, it would affect his eye and it would get shut/sealed.
