So what ur saying is that does the massive gravitational force effect the fusion? Well if that's what ur supposed question is then, No, I don't think it has any adverse effects.
But hypothetically, if gravity increases on earth, it can have variety of effects, some common ones, even if the earth gravity is doubled, it doesn't neccasarily indicate, that the planet will go out of orbit, frankly speaking, it would cause adversary of effect on the envoiremnt itself tho, if the earth gravity is even doubled as it is now, it can add weight (which is obvious) and cause people to face discomfort, they might or evantually get used to it, some animals can die or collapse due to the adding weight, or maybe rendered immovable who don't have sufficient muscle strenght to suffice, adding rock formation, plants might not sustain the added weight and might fall.
Furthermore The atmosphere would become heaver. We would attract more gas's from space and hold them. Making it heaver still. The planet would warm up. Wind pattern would change. If alot the increased pressure would have a detrimental effect on human health. That's only by a sudden increase, tow about 2 or above times.
In goku's case, he can adept to high levels of gravity, so can Vegeta, nothing would happen.
