B stomps. AoE moves like Bijuu Dama easily let him destroy the clam and end the Genjutsu while at the same time vaporizing the Mizukage, since a Bijuu Dama much weaker than Killer B's standard weakened Suigetsu enough to leave him KO'd.

TBB is a game over factor. But what about Mizukage's attempts before he could?(Maybe I should edit mindset:in character first.)

Since Mizukage has a water source he and his claim can stay under water, using their jutsu. Staying on water can ease the Tail-Beast twirl-gust, I think?

B can simply enter his V2 state if need be, which grants him a defense much greater than what the Mizukage's offenses can get through. From there, once he realizes that the Mizukage can't be located through normal means, he nukes the whole area.

It depends on whether mist will be able to rise above water from a deep enough distance below the surface so that Bijuu Dama won't destroy it...I wouldn't know but it could be possible.....then again, I doubt its going to be able to come up above the water so.....

Either way, it won't matter if the Mizukage gets nuked in the explosion, which he definitely will since the AoE would pretty much cover the whole area they are fighting in, and he can't tank or outrun it. Once he dies the Genjutsu ends since it requires him in order to perform it IIRC.
