Restrictions/Conditions: This is current EMS Sasuke. Itachi is healthy is he's the same as Edo Itachi without actually being an Edo.
State of mind: Everyone is bloodlusted
Knowledge: All for EMS Sasuke and Itachi. None for Naruto.

Itachi is a non factor and would be killed the minute the first Bijuu Dama goes off, unless he stays in Sasuke's Susanoo, but he's no help at all if he stays in there, so...Naruto still wins.

Itachi and Sasuke. Itachi and Sasuke would obviously collaborate with using Yata and totska. Also with Sasuke's amaterasu spam. It's pretty much one sided.
