Strongest Leaders?

What villages had the strongest leaders?

1) Konoha. Between Hashirama/Tobirama/Hiruzen/Minato and Tsunade, there's lots of power here .-.
2) Amegakure, the reason I didn't ask for the strongest kage. Nagato and Hanzo both solo.
3) Kirigakure.

This random old dude should be able to do something. And Trollkage is pretty OP'd. Yagura was a Jinchuriki and he had HAXED jutsu, and Mei has Lava/Acid kekki genkai.
4) Kumogakure, First Raikage looks like a pimp, the third is in-humanly strong and Ay is > KCM Naruto llmao.
5) Iwagakure, only 3 Tsuchikage, but lots of Jinton hehe.
6)Sunagakure, The 1st/2nd Kazekage haven't shown any feats, but the 3rd, Gaara's father and Gaara are all pretty OP'd long distance fighters. With Gold/Iron and Bijuu powered sands .

Imo Minato, no one can think faster than him, and no one is faster than him lol. Unless I see something > FTG its Minato imo.

People say its Minato's fault all this happened but its not, its the Sage's Mom fault, and after that the sage himself for spliting his chakra into evil and good, then Hashirama's for letting Madara live.

The rest after that is still Hashirama's because Obito, Nagato, the entire akatsuki came from Obito who was lead by Madara (which he told Obito what to do, maybe zetus fused with him had all the info and stuff).

Hashirama succeded as a leader because he would kill his best friend for the village, but failed cause he didn't die (his friend)

Tobirama made the Uchiha seem like criminals, fail.
The Third followed Danzo which was a bad guy and also followed the 2nd, so fail.

Minato...He died protecting the village, could have killed Obito, but he had to get the fox under control or more (including the third) would have died. He still failed imo, but he failed and also suceeded by having a son like Naruto to protect everyone (not really, but plot) now.

Tsunade failed, didn't try to kill Sasuke, instead pulled a Hashi (before the village wasn't in danger)

I think its 2nd or 3rd tsukikage though.

Either way dust release is useless, it isn't instant. Sasuke had enough time to jump bad a little, and Obito had a chance to step in with Kamui, and warp back.

I believe the sand comes back to them, and it says that he can warp to anything his chakra is connected to, we know he doesn't warp directly to the seal, but if the seal is his chakra and the sand is fused with the users chakra...wouldn't he warp to the sand user?

5 second each time, fail. Naruto got thrown into the air, also its not like almighty push kills. Also he could just use shadow clone kunai's and warp to them instantly after he deflects them with AMP.
