Susano'o is a spiritual being that technically gets summoned, so yes, it could. Obito summoned Kurama and Minato sealed that so a summon can be sealed.

If he can feed it chakra he could maintain it, but to control the Susano'o takes MS/EMS.

If I remember right Susanoo isn't a being itself, but a mass of chakra that is being controlled by the Sharingan.
You could actually "break" the susanoo if you steal the users chakra, but that actually would just be temporarily.
Once the user receives the lost chakra im pretty sure he should be able to use it again.

Still I'm pretty sure to activate susanoo you Need two pairs of sharingan, which actually means if youre able to seal
one sharingans eyesight .. he probably wont be able to use it anymore.
You can think as you want. We probably never get an answer, but thats my opinion.
