he toyed with the five kages he could have easily beaten them and whatever damage they did he allowed it because he was an edo and was toying with them...ems madara could have beaten them...and i dnt think madara is weaker now he even said finally i can fight, maybe edo tensei was holding him back somehow??? idk but he said it

I don't think Madara is weaker but it really is pointless for him to get into a big battle when he can't seal Hashirama in the first place. His plan was always to force Obito to bring him back to life. Though I wonder how he tanked that giant SM RS.

I doubt that was the case. Hashirama seemed confused why it did basically no damage to him. Which I am confused as well. He got hit directly by it and his body was still fully intact with no damage taken at all.

^Hashirama didn't even think he was capable of escaping, and he probably wasn't until he got his real body.
