He was fast for fodder ninjas. As long as the serie started to progress we found faster ninjas coming time after time, reason why he look slow now compared to before. It's just a refencial basis

That explains it but it's lame, why not be fast and use Susano'o at the same time?

Use Amaterasu and then immediatly blits behind the character and stab him with Susano'o or something.
