What would you do if you gained EMS it's only logical that he uses it- if he gains a time dilation technique he will probably try and blitz more often.

Speed is cooler so I would use speed and tactics like the old Sasuke would, no wonder almost everyone prefers the old Sasuke over this Sasuke.
