And Tsunade/Sakura can only summon 10% of Katsuyu combined. The Katsuyu they summon is dwarfed by Manda II, while the 100% Katsuyu dwarfs Manda II. Par I Naruto who could summon thousands of Kage Bunshins couldn't summon Bunta with his own chakra.

Manda 2 is not under a snake contract. It is kabuto's personal artificial summon. So no sasuke has no access to it.

Sasuke still have access to snake summon as we saw in previous manga pages where he summon Aoda to get closer to the jubi/jubito.Since Sasuke have the snake contract,he should have access to Manda 2 .Inorder for Sasuke to summon Manda 2,he need to transfer the require amount of chakra to the summoning jutsu .Naruto in part 1 tried to summon gambunta in early part 1 but fail but instead of a baby toad (he shown on the battle field ,i forget it name).If Naruto toad contract allow him to summon various toad as we saw in the pain arc then Sasuke should do the same (aoda and manda2 )
Manda 2 is a modification or improvement manda 2.It size is comparable to the giant turtle island where Naruto and killerbee trained.Manda 2 have legs and it defense and strenght have been enchance/better than Manda 1.I believe this was the summon Jugo was talking about counter jubito flower tail beast bomb barrage in the barrier because of it defense.

In the wild snake eat frog .Snake can stretch their body to adjust to their prey size and they can dislocate their jaw in the process.Manda 2 or aoda have an advantage over Naruto toad summons

Nope, Kabuto made Manda 2 so it's his own personal summon. Oro might be able to summon Manda 2 because he took info from Kabuto when he got his chakra back from Kabuto but that's a maybe. What makes you think Manda 2 is on the same contract as the other snakes? Kabuto created him so could easily make a new one.

Naruto in part 1 could use Jiraya toad summon.Sasuke could use Orichimaru favourite pet,manda.Once u have the contract for the species u can use it.The sound 4 (sakon ) have contract to Orichimaru 5 gate barrier jutsu which Orichimaru/hashirama use against Karuma tail beast bomb

All of the toads weren't made by Jiraiya, he tried a summoning jutsu when he was a kid and was teleported there where he signed the contract. As long as you sign the contract, you can summon anything that is associated with it, Manda 2 was not under the contract.

Manda isn't Oro's summon, it's Kabuto's. Oro might have gain Manda 2 when he took info from Kabuto but that doesn't mean Sasuke can.

And Manda 2 being created wouldn't be on the same contract as the other snakes unless Kabuto added him on but why would he when he can make his own contract.

technically Manda II doesn't exist. Kabuto created Manda II, it isn't part of its respective native "cave" where contracts are typically signed/confirmed/made.

Manda II is an experiment and is most likely held within one of Kabuto/Orochimaru's secret hideouts. Now, the ONLY reason Orochimaru would have access to Manda II is because Kabuto was basically an Orochimaru clone. Kabuto had Orochimaru's DNA/Cells/Chakra within him, so this was Orochimaru already summoning Manda II. Also, with Orochimaru gaining knowledge of Manda II after retrieving his chakra, he is aware of Mnada II
