madara and kurama?

Since naruto has his seal open can madara just summon him? And if he can would that count as an extration and kill naruto?

Sorry but that's almost the first thing Madara did when he was summoned by Kabuto, he said "there's one thing i have to try" and then he tried to summon Kyuubi... Naruto had some stomach ache... and Madara relized he could not summon Kyuubi because he's inside a Jinchuuriki.

the seal was never opened,the gates just represent the amount of chakra naruto can get from kurama wether limited or not.
kurama is still sealed inside naruto,so madara can't and won't be able to summon him directly.
