the only way to really decide on who is the better fighter is to have them fight inside the ring, imo.

but that fight is currently a mile away from happening
in order for pacquiao to really have a shot to fight floyd is if he defeats two more opponents via KO like marquez/bradley.

Making someone accused of taking steroids take a blood test before a fight is not fear. It's simply smart.... Manny took a blood test before marquez fight and we seen how that fight went...

Looking at his performance you can tell Manny took some type of stimulant to fight.

Wow alot of people who don't know boxing talking slot of smack. Let break it down hand speed Manny, power Manny,boxing skill even, best foot work Floyd, best defense Floyd. Did Manny lose them two fights before Rios yes he beat Bradly like a drum everyone knows them judges got that fight wrong. Getting knocked out watch them fight Manny was wining Marquez stepped on Mannys foot as Manny jumped to them right and landed that hook that dropped him. If he don't step on him Manny gets out of the way. On the blood test Manny passed then Floyd wouldn't agree to the contract money wanted more money and that's why they didn't fight. As to who wins it's a toss up I think if Floyd can score points while running he wins if not Manny wins. Again Floyd has better feet Manny has better hands.
