stop being a fool, he covers it up because he can not deactivate it. he also is not a sensor type so he would walk around blind folded. it takes up too much chakra which is why he does not use MS ofte and even has to cover up the 3 tome sharingan. it sounds nice but he is not capable of such a feat.

I also think he should receive the other eye. It is time for the copy ninja to show the feats that have been hyped from the moment he was introduced in the first part of Naruto. Although with the additional eye, he would probably be capable of more than just the original jutsu's he copied.

having the two sets of the eye is a major liability, not only does it consume large amounts of chakra but it also strains the body. what would possessing it help with, anyway? it'll just sucksz kakashes chakra making him prone to oneshots.

and i dont think 3 tomoe sharingan uses a lot of his chakra.. he covers it up coz he'd look weird with one sharigan and one normal eye... same as the other guys with a transplated byakugan... covers it coz of weirdness and security..

Kakashi wouldn't be able to handle the amount of chakra necessary to use both Sharingan. He can barely handle fully activating just one eye. Obito's eyes don't really seem to have two separate techniques (like Sasuke and Itachi), but rather both eyes manifest the same jutsu (like Shisui's KA). Now that Kakashi knows the potential of his Sharingan and Kamui, he can work on perfecting the technique and have the same benefits as Obito. He originally only used the technique offensively, without really knowing the full effects of the jutsu. Now he knows that not only can he send things to the other dimension, but that he can actually go there too. I doubt he would be able to use Kamui as effectively as Obito, though, and therefore going in and out of phase is likely out of his reach.
