Haku could solo. But mist plus Ice combo would be too much for a character with little to know really Major feats out side of ninjutsu.

Zabuza solos. How can u guys even think he beats Zabuza AND Haku at the same time??

To be honest I think it's a fairly close fight given that the hidden mist could be irrelevant if Darui sticks to the tree tops. He isn't a slouch in close combat and I'm not sure that Zabuza and Haku could perform well enough on tree tops to stop him from launching his ninjutsu. Darui eventually defeats both at mid-long range, given that his black lightning panthers would best any offensive ninjutsu Zabuza and Haku have.
