[Theory] - Sasuke can't get the Sacred Weapons

This thread is based almost soley on this scan, depicting Edo Itachi with the sacred weapons.

Now, we see Itachi clearly holding the weapons; which are touted as being holey weapons that are one of a kind in nature.

From what we've seen from the ressurection process, Edo Tensei isnt capable of replicating something thats unique or wasn't inherent of the user. Such as Sasori not getting his puppets or Madara's not getting his gunbai. Though Kakuzu got his hearts because they were "inherent" of him. Something that was physically apart of him.

Itachi getting these weapons as an Edo suggest that they are attached to his soul. The fact that the only thing that enters the sacraficial body upon the use of Edo Tensei being the wated soul helps this.

In conclusion; I think the Sacred Weapons are bound to Itachi's sould and not his eyes. Meaning Sasuke won't get them.​

he was near death multiple times, all honing his skills with the MS. He also trained extensively with CM, Chidori variants and Kenjutsu/Shuriken play.

Naruto trained to become a KCM user and used multiple clones which all helped him hone his skills within the war. Considering clones relay all information back to the original, it is only natural Naruto also achieved more control and knowledge over his power. He trained to gain SM and was said to have had surpassed even Jariaya with SM. His Rasengan variants and summons are all also a result of his training.

It isnt like Itachi was holding back EVERYTHING when he fought Sasuke, and it to me it was kinda BS how Naruto managed to overpower Kurama (ik ik it was also his mothers "love" but still) And it admit to it was kinda BS how his Susanoo suddenly has a major power up upon activating his EMS when, to me, it should have been the same since, come on... He never showed an Amaterasu blade with MS even once >:c
But yeah... And do not get me started on Sakura XD

You're looking too far into it. There is no specific rule when it comes to these things, Kishi merely decides what he chooses to do with each character. Hanzo was revived with his weapons, so was Mangetsu. Simply goes to show that Kishi simply doesn't give [Much, if any at all] thought to these things.​

Those were eyes, which can be duplicated. They arn't "inherent" of a person.

No Itachi really had his own eyes no ms are alike (at least that we have seen) if the weapons were in his eyes and ET made a copy of his eyes then Itachi would still be able to use the weapons just like macho said.

could be true, Orochimaru knew about the "Totsuka blade", meaning it already existed and had nothing to do with Itachi, how or when did Itachi acquire it is still unknown.

so since they were once separated from Itachi, that could also mean that they can be taken away from him but, only if he hands them to someone else since like you said "they are pound to his soul" (Sasuke ain't getting them/Itachi took the weapons with him to hell).

i think it was the writer's way of giving Itachi a special Susanoo and keeping it special even after his revival, simple as that.

What your saying makes no sense for the following reasons:

1) You prove that only things that are physically and intamentely attached to a ninja are revived with Edo Tensie. (You used Kakuza Hearts are an example)

2) You say that since Edo Itachi possessed his Spiritual Weapons they must therefore be attached to his souls and not his eyes.

But you fail to explain why it cant also be attached to his eyes? You never explain why it cannot be attached to his eyes? Because the eyes much like Kakuza's Hearts would be physically attached to Itachi., and thus to Sasuke when passed on to him.

Granted I dont believe Sasuke will inherit the Totsaku Blade or anything like that, then again it is likely as Kishimoto will be looking to give Sasuke another power up sometime soon. But I dont believe that the Totsaku Blade and Yata Mirror are actual weapons. I believe they are just parts of Itachi's Susan'o. Just like Sasuke's Bow and Arrow are attached to Sasukes Susan'o. I believe that Itachi used it in a fight, someone watching thought it was a weapon, and threw rumors and word of mouth it landed to Orochimaru and he began to search it out.

What did Itachi give Sasuke???? He awakened MS because he helped in Itachi's death....when he touched his forehead he gave him the amterasu to kill tobi....I dont think Itachi gave Sasuke anything and we havent see anything in the manga to suggest otherwise

Except that when Sasuke Awakened EMS sussano it kinda looked like Itachi's
