To me, the problem with Temari is that when someone engages CQC with her, she's pretty much screwed. No fan swings make her almost useless. But I believe it may go either way in the end.

It'll just turn down to a battle of stamina, and I don't think we have enough panels nor evidence in the manga to determine a clear winner that way.
