he should have.i also read it in the databook that you need to have tsukuyomi and amaterasu in order to obtain susanoo.madara has susanoo so he should have those two techniques as well

Based on some noncannon stuff I saw in the last Naruto Storm game I believed his MS abilities is time related, as in being able to look into the future.

But he does not possess Amaterasu.

yes in order to awaken susanoo you need to have awaken both amat and tsuk

Yes Madara has Amatersu. According to the manga and Databook which are canon information, states Susanoo users have the capability of using Amatersu and Tsukuyomi.

They are written by Masashi Kishimoto. So they are facts. Whether Madara has showed or not, this is the decision of the author, but the information he provided us states Madara has Amatersu.

I think he does have Amaterasu seeing as how he already has Susanoo and you awaken that with Amaterasu + Tsukuyomi
