Lee's Drunken Fist vs. Kirabi's Seven Swords Dance

Which one is more unpredictable? On a greater scale, which one would you think would win if only these styles were used against each other, not any other part of the fighters' arsenals.

I feel like Killer Bee's Dance is more dangerous but Lee's movements are more unpredictable.

Fighting bones that can pop up at any time> fighting 7 swords. With kimmi it can be anywhere from 1 to over 200 sharp bones trying to cut you. With bee it will only be 7.

unlike the bones however....the swords can't be blocked since they have lightning chakra infused in them..

The samurai had chakra infused in their weapons and it didn't help them against kimmi. My guess is his bones are just that sharp. Either way. Drunk lee dodged and countered. He didn't block because he didn't have to.
