If Sasuke didn't go blind what would've happened?

Before Sasuke went blind he was fighting Kakashi, what would've happened of he didn't turn blind and Naruto & Sakura didn't interfere.

Here Kakashi was about 20 meters from Sasuke so he got lucky and was able to warp his Arrows thanks to Obito dojutsu.

After Kamui was used Kakashi was fatigue, as he wasn't able to help Sakura. So we know another arrow would've killed him at that time
