I know. But KA is battle featless. We haven't really seen it used head on in a battle against someone. Aside from that, it's a technique that is known to have failed in the past such as it's failure to stop the Uchiha Coup d'etat. So the technique isn't infallible.

Shusui one shots with KA. Minato blitzing, "Shisui of the Body Flickr" ain't happening either. Shisui takes this with almost as low difficulty as Rikudo would with Iruka.

Minato isn't blitzing him, he was known as "Shisui of the Shunshin" and posseses the Sharingan. Kotoamtsukami is the game ender, the only real way to counter it is to be a Perfect Jinchuriki or be able to fight AoE battles to stay out of range.
