Before we start I want to tell you, I intend to make this more RP like. That will affect the way I'll teach you too, so I won't just post the tech and make you perform it, but rather go step by step, explain it as a character to another and etc. If you have a problem with that, tell me now... Castiel was thinking while he was sitting down, he was looking around the area it, was a bright down with a light breeze; he then saw someone walk up to him, this must have been the man, he wanted to do business with.
The man, look at Castiel oddly and assumed Castiel was looking at him odd, so Castiel stood up, out of respect and he replied.
"Hello, my name is Castiel, and you have an interesting technique and I would love it for my arsenal, what is your name I might ask?"
Castiel then proceeded to put his hand out in front of himself to shake the mans hand.

He can make the clothing to completely wrap around the opponent and crush him, or wrap around in certain parts like arms, legs, upper/lower body, etc. Using either means to crush the opponent, the technique has the same power. It can squeeze and crush the opponent really fast, break his bones and deal internal damage to him. This technique can be used not only on regular clothes, but armors and generally everything that is worn on the body. In addition to the offensive usage, the user can also use this technique to move the clothes through simple hand movements. Castiel starts to feel his clothes tighten.
"Eh, this must be the technique, I think I might have placed myself in a pickle. Wait I know."
Thanks, to Castiel KG which just so happened to be Dark release, he shows his left palm with the diamond on it, from there instead of facing his palm towards you, he places the palm on himself or more to the fact, on his clothes from there he removes all the raw chakra from his clothes thanks to the dark release, leaving him unharmed. Castiel found it very rude to cast the technique on him unaware and so out of the blue like that, so Castiel performs an upper punch to Tashigi's shoulder, that should make her lose balance.
"Now, the other two counter, hmm. Since your technique states it can be done from mid-range, and if you do it from said range, I could use any elemental based technique to counter your raw chakra output, and the second counter could be by the use of Chidori Nagashi, since you don't have to perform hand seals for such a technique, shocking the caster; getting I some distance, thus allowing me to get out of range. Sorry for the lame second counter, I must be a little annoyed."

Good. Now let's move on. I want you to manipulate the clothes again, but this time not only squeeze, but wrap around her body too. Make it look like she is a mummy. Do it fast, so she has only a few seconds to react. Also note that, you can do it only on her hands, arms, neck, etc. too.

Castiel performs the same seals as last time, and sends his chakra towards your clone, Castiel starts to manipulate the clothes around your clones body once more, but this time Castiel sends the chakra in such a way that it makes your clones clothes wrap around her, and also squeeze her, makes your clone sort of look like a mummy.

"Castiel performs the required hand seals one last time, sends his chakra towards your clones clothes, but this time he sends his chakra to the clothes on your arms, then using shape manipulation on the clothes. Castiel pulls the clothes to the ground, doing this your clone follows suit and Castiel digs the clothes into the ground, so your clone is now stuck to the ground.
This could be useful, since you can trap your target in their own clothes."

I think we are finished with it. Sorry for not replying I've become way too inactive. Anyway you have learned Armor Bending, now it's your turn.
It was Castiel's time to speak, as Tashigi had finally teaching Castiel her technique.
"Thanks for the technique, now it's my turn to share mine."
Okay Castiel takes some folded up paper from his back pocket out, he placed it on the table and begins to explain the technique. This technique itself is bad enough, but just imagine being on the other end of this technique, as explained in the description it's gruesome. What we do here is, perform the two hand seals as you perform the last seal you will place the person in the genjutsu, this genjutsu will make them believe their stomach is getting cut open, either by you the caster or them doing it themselves, or it just happens randomly. Just depends on how you word it, as soon as the cutting is down, the genjutsu triggers something in their brain, that the person just feels compelled to disembowel themselves, pulling out god knows what, mainly the vital organs, and pretty much whatever you're willingly to explain.
As they 'believe' they're pulling out the last of the vital organs, they also believe they are dying. But all in all they are just unable to move.
With that, Castiel hands over the piece of paper.
"If you have any questions, feel free."

The opponent will believe that their stomach is getting cut open. The victim is then compelled to disembowel himself with their hands because of the of the effects of this Genjutsu. Since vital organs are being pulled out from said stomach in the process the opponent will believe that he is dying but in reality is in shock and unable to move.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per-match.
- Have to wait two turns before it can be used again.
- No Genjutsu next turn.

Well I'll try it out.

Following the cut, Tashigi makes Castiel reaching into his own belly and pull out any and all inner organs he can reach with his hand.*
