Can the Uchiha create their own MINI MATRIX WORLD by...........

I was wondering if the uchiha clan learn to cast genjutsu onto themself to create a illusional world that they can create stimulated battles of their oponent/ninja they observe with their sharingan .They will learn how to counter their justu better or learn jutsu from them base on hand sign pattern.They will not the physical aspect of training since everything they saw can be copy or practise in the genjutsu world they created.
Picture Itachi copy all the akatsuki moves /technique with his sharingan and then cast a genjutsu onto himself ,then stimulated a illusion vision of them which they can be use train him their jutsu or improve Itachi skill level.

the problem with that is that the illusions will only be as skilled as itachis ability to use the copied jutsu/ability's so it wouldn't help him improve that much. he would have to be as good as they were with the abilities for his illusion sparring partners to help him improve but that would be pointless since hed already be at there level. although it could help him with timing/repetitive practice to use say Tsukuyomi to train for 72 hours in a second if he had an ems

That would be very usefull in lone time..if you know what I mean
Itachi explains how Izanami can be casted by looping S/T..So Sharingan could be used to do lot of such things related to S/T or creating illusion.

It is the same principal as Obito's Mugen Tsukuyomi, he is within his Genjutsu and creates the world by reflecting his eye off of the moon. It would require Itachi projecting his eye onto some platform and him falling for his own Genjutsu. After he falls for it, his Tsukuyomi would allow him to create the world, even control time.

For training, however; it wouldn't be quite as useful seeing as his world is limited by his knowledge, and I'm sure said Uchiha wouldn't have knowledge of all jutsu and techniques of the Shinobi world.
