that's debatable. As we can see, Ay has already reacted instantly to amaterasu appearing upon him. Therefore, I see nothing different here, unless he's distracted and him paying attention.

The blood MAY have brought attention to Sasuke's eye, but not the knowledge of amaterasu. This is why I can only determine his ability to react against EMS Sasuke on outside distractions.

It took multiple susanno arrows to get through garras sand. He can block sasuce's 1 arrow. In the air he would have to contend with onnoki, garra's sand, and mei's dragons. His featless hawk gets raped in this dog fight.

Sasuke utterly murders them. Onoki, Mei, and Tsunade are easily one shotted with Amaterasu, and he can use it before any of them can use a single technique. If he focuses on Onoki and kills him first, (and he will since he has intel on Onoki, thus he knows about Jinton) the rest of the Kage are screwed, as only Onoki can get past Susano'o, and when PS comes out, one flaming slash of it's sword will end them all.

This isn't debatable. Sasuke has knowledge here, meaning he has no reason to not take out the biggest threat first. That is Onoki, and he can use Amaterasu before any of them can do anything. Onoki is the only one who can damage Susano'o, and with him gone, it's over. Saying crap like mist blocks sharingan or Gaara's sand stops Ama makes no sense since Ama is faster than everything the Kage's have on their side. All Sasuke has to do once Onoki is dead is bring out PS, and then he stomps with low diff since none can put a dent in it or defend from its attacks.
