Haha duely noted...although King I never not once said he had it. >_O I only asked..... Anywho...there could also be the case of him having it, but as he is shrouded in such mystery, Tobirama believes he was the inventor. There is still more to be exhumed of The Rikudou.... ^_^ It would be awesome if he could travel between time....but if he did, he has the ability to create anything from nothing....he wouldn't have to learn anything, right? Indeed. The Sage's lifetime limited him. Besides, I think there can be created infinite jutsus throughout the time. If he knew the seals or something, he could do the jutsu instantly.
Besides, we all know that he doesn't need such a jutsu anyway.

Understood, but I never said he had it, just asked if there was any validity in the scan. ^_^ Although...just a guess as I've said to King it's possible he did have it, or a rudimentary form. As he is such an enigma...Tobirama may just believe he was the first.
