By the way, comparing the thread topic with Kakashi's Tsukuyomi experience is pointless because that was plot, Itachi didn't meant to kill Kakashi. But this thread topic is completely different means NO PLOT will interfere.
Itachi's Tsukuyomi must be considered the full level Tsukuyomi and Tsunade as a strong shinobi of current level.
They shouldn't be Leaf Ninjas. They must be Ninjas. And in that manner, Itachi's Tsukuyomi seriously wins.

It causes intense trauma, enough to put one in a comatose state. Something that causes that amount of trauma could easily be lethal. Comas themselves can be lethal if blood cell disruption occurs.

, that inner spirit, but I think SO100 can counter it, Tsunade would look them in the eyes without having a defense, and why didn't Madara use it against her like he did the Raikage? Being a senju she probably have some sort of natural defense. Organs regenerate, brain is an organ, cells can regenerates.

Its amazing how people use her pulling Kakashi out of his coma lets her do the same to herself. How in the world is she going to heal herself when she's in a coma? :|
Not to mention Tsukuyomi at its best is lethal. Itachi controls how much torture he gives, don't assume that what he did to Kakashi was the limit. The only way to break free is to be an Uchiha with Sharingan. Period.
Perfect Chakra control and Byakugo, (which heals physical wounds not mental wounds) Tsunade wankers' favorite two things to try and contest Tsukuyomi are useless.

She over came that fear though, and she told Madara that she now has the will of fire and his attempts to break hers fails, and then she can mentally activate the seal I believe, she did so when activating strength of 100.
Also what if because his seal is directly connected to Katsuyu, Katsuyu can play a Bujju and snap her out of it

Tsukuyomi is instant, partner tactics won't even gonna work with true perfect Jinchuriki.
And her seal won't help her in the end, too. You free someone out of a Genjutsu by disturbing his Chakra flow with our own. That's not what Byakugo does. And Chakra disturbance won't allow you to perform Jutsu.
You can't compare Uchiha powers to Tsunade. Any MS technique one shots her if used with the right intend.
